Preventing onboard issues starts with knowing your crew. We offer pre-screening for substance use issues, emotional and behavioral conditions, and criminal background. 

Wellness Coaching and Mental Health Support

Onboard Teambuilding and Conflict Management

When motivation, morale, and cohesion are low, our highly skilled systems experts are available to offer onboard  support to the whole team.

Crisis Management

When the unexpected happens, we’re here to help. Whether it’s crew conflict, turnover risk, or an onboard accident, our licensed specialists are experienced in deescalation and compassionate support. Offered one-on-one or as a team, onboard or virtually.

When onboard issues do arise,  our team of licensed professionals is available to help. We understand the importance of talking to someone who comprehends the unique cultural dynamics of yachting. For that reason, our support team is either former crew or has completed cultural competency training.
